Ils peuvent \u00eatre laiss\u00e9s dans l\u2019eau chaude sous un couvercle. Plus ils cuisent longtemps, plus ils sont tendres et font un houmous onctueux et plus ils s\u2019\u00e9pluchent facilement (il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de les \u00e9plucher mais \u00e7a les rend plus digestes).<\/p>\n<p>Faire griller 2 c\u00e0s de graines de s\u00e9sames 15min au four \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer tout \u00e7a.<br \/>\nY a plus qu\u2019\u00e0 miamer\u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Houmous de pois chiches aux tomates et aux olives.
